Hello Paloma Families!

My name is Nichole Burkhardt and I was born and raised in California.  I live in Temecula with my husband and two boys.  I have a son Mason who just graduated from Temecula Valley High School and is attending Whitworth University in Spokane, WA.  My other son named Landon is a 10th grader at Chaparral High School.   My boys have attended school in the Temecula Valley Unified School District since Kindergarten. 

I have been teaching for 27 years in the Temecula Valley Unified School District at Paloma Elementary.  I have taught grades 1st through 4th over the years.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University of San Marcos, my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and my Master's Degree in Reading and Reading Instruction from Walden University.  I hold a CLAD Certificate also.

Some of my hobbies are camping, hiking, boating, fishing, jeeping, snow skiing, baseball, and of course spending lots of quality time with my family outdoors.  My favorite baseball team is the Angels!!!
