Kent Gerow
Hello everyone, my name is Kent Gerow and this is my sixth year as a Language Arts teacher with DMS and my first as a Drama teacher. In addition, I am the advisor of the DMS Morning Show. I am a huge supporter of performing arts and from 2011-2016 I was the running stage manager for Chaparral's drama department. I've taught 8th and 7th grade Language Arts here and I am looking forward to another exciting school year. I am a former graduate of the Temecula Valley School District (I attended Day Middle School as well as Chaparral High School) and I am thrilled to be here working in the same district. I graduated from CSULB with a degree in English Education with an emphasis in Literacy and Composition and I am an aspiring short fiction writer/novelist. Everything that we do in class will be posted to this web page. I have tabs set up for each of my class sections that will have a calendar of assignments and important due dates as well as the class expectations for each section. If you need to contact me, email is the best method. I will be able to respond to you quicker, my email is kgerow@tvusd.k12.ca.us. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
