Welcome to Rancho Vista High School!

I have been teaching in the Temecula Unified School District for many years, but as we enter the 22/23 school year, this will be my tenth year here at Rancho Vista High School.  I have been married for 37 years, and I have four adult children ( three are married), and three grandsons and three granddaughters.  I truly enjoy teaching here!  Every student here is unique and comes to our school for various reasons, and I want to meet them where they are and help each student in a way that is most effective for them as an individual. I am here to teach and guide my students through the English curriculum, but more importantly, I want to be the support and friendly face they see each and every day at school.  My goal is to help my students successfully complete each semester, and encourage them to stay on track for their ultimate goal of high school graduation, and also encourage them to make good choices for a successful future!

On a side note, in my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors doing activities such as bicycling, hiking, walking, gardening, and just enjoying the beauty of nature.  I also enjoy cooking, baking, sewing, yoga, and most importantly, my faith and MY FAMILY!!♥
