TVUSD is happy to be partnered with Energy Star.  Energy Star is a US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect the climate through superior energy efficiency. You can learn more about the Energy Star program by following this link.

With our district reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 10% or more and by receiving a score of 75 or higher on Energy Star's energy performance scale, TVUSD has been recognized as an Energy Star Leader Organization!

The first award (follow this link to see Energy Star certificate) is for demonstrating environmental leadership by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 10%.  TVUSD is at 16% and poised to get another award when we reach 20%!

The second award (follow this link to see Energy Star certificate) is for scoring a portfolio score of 75 or higher on Energy Star's energy performance scale.  

These are district-wide accomplishments that put us in the top 25% of similar organization nationwide!
