I am excited to be a part of the Silver Hawks family!
Here is a little bit about me. I have served as a school district administrator in Temecula for since 2006; serving at the district office and for the past two years at Margarita Middle School as an assistant principal, at the Sparkman Alternative Education Center as the interim principal, and now at both Temecula Middle School and Bell Vista Middle School; this is my 20th year as an administrator. Prior to coming to TVUSD, I spent 16 years in the Hemet Unified School District having taught at both the elementary and high school levels as well as serving as an assistant principal at West alley HS and as the coordinator of special education. I am a proud alumnus of Cal Poly, Pomona where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Economics; I later earned my master’s degree in Special Education from Azusa Pacific University and my administrative services credential from National and Point Loma Nazarene Universities. I have had the honor of being selected as the 2012 TVUSD administrator of the year as well as the recipient of the California Resource Officers Association's state administrator of the year. I live with my family in the San Deigo area where my children have attended Poway USD school; my eldest is a currently a junior at SDSU and my little one is a sophomore at Del Norte HS. In my spare time, I hang out at the beach whenever I can, I enjoy knocking a golf ball around...can't call what I do golfing, and I love watching college football.
Bella Vista Middle School has an outstanding team and we encourage you to become an active member of our school. Please be sure to regularly check your child’s grades using Infinite Campus, check our school and teacher’s websites, and attend our school events.
I’m looking forward to getting to know you, when you see me please introduce yourself so I can put a face to a name. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns that may arise. I’m looking forward to a great year! Thank you for your support!
