     Mrs. Sindermann started with TVUSD in 2015.

    She moved to Temecula after her husband was offered a job in San Diego. She thought the Temecula area and the schools were a perfect place to raise her 3 kids.

    Married with two daughters and a son, she spends as much time as possible with her family.

    Mrs. Sindermann loves the water, if she is not in her boat on the lake then she is floating in her pool or is at the beach. She has 3- four legged fur babies that rule the roost. She enjoys watching UCLA football and loves to travel.

    Mrs. Avalos has been working at RVHS for 14 years.  She attended San Diego City College.  She is married and has a 21 year old daughter who is in her senior year at Cal State San Marcos.  Mrs Avalos loves spending time in San Diego at the beach with her family.

  • Ms. Adesso AKA Miss Cammie to all the students, has been at Rancho Vista High School for 18 years. She and her family moved to Temecula in 1991 from New York and loved it. 

    Miss Cammie has three boys and their cat, Sonny. Her youngest son is 11 years old and keeps her very busy. You will see them at amusement parks, Chuck E Cheese, and especially the beach, riding boogie boards and building sand castles. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
