Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Concordia University Master of Arts in Education

Mrs. Kimberly Dailey

My name is Kim Dailey, and I will be your child’s third-grade teacher here at Alamos Elementary School.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Concordia University and a Master of Arts in Education in 1998.  I began teaching children in 1995 in the Saddleback Unified School District in Orange County.  I moved to the Temecula area in 2003, and I have enjoyed teaching in the Temecula Unified School District ever since!

I am a third-generation teacher.  My mother, who retired from the teaching profession in 2003 still comes with her other retired teacher friends to volunteer in our classroom.

I was born in Laguna Beach, California, and I was raised in Irvine, California.  I have also lived abroad, in Japan and in England.  I love to travel and explore new places. My husband and I have two children.  Our son is in 9th grade and attends TVHS, and our daughter is a 7th grader at TMS.  We enjoy spending time with our dogs, camping, and doing road trips during our vacation time as a family.

I am thrilled to be teaching Third-Grade at Alamos this year. I believe it is important for every teacher to focus on their students' positive qualities, and create a loving, nurturing environment where student learning is maximized.  I am looking forward to getting to know my new students, and for us all to have an exciting school year where we learn, grow, and have fun!
