Hello first grade families!  My name is Mrs. Ivy Schlemmer.  This is my 22nd year of teaching in TVUSD.  I helped to open Ysabel Barnett in 2001 and have taught first, second, and third grades.

I love teaching and I love spending time with my family!  My husband and I have two boys (ages 13 and 11) and a dog we rescued named Rosie.  We live locally and love watching our boys play soccer, going to the beach, camping, fishing, hiking and spending a lot of time outdoors.

I am super excited to meet each of you and look forward to an awesome year of learning and growing! :)
