Physical Education is an integral part of the total education at Vail Ranch Middle School. The specific goals of the department are in direct compliance with the California Physical Education Framework and the National Physical Education Standards. Students will be exposed to various sports, games, activities, and skills that will improve physical fitness, health, cooperation, and reduce stress.
