    Students can come out and play various sports/games. Locker room will NOT be open for changing, but student can get their athletic shoes out of locker.

     Cross Country
    Sponsor: Mrs. Brooks
    Preparing/training for a two-mile running race which will take place the first week of November (school day field trip). Optional practice times: Mondays 3:00 on BVMS track (student must bring their own running clothes and change in bathroom); Saturday mornings (specified dates TBA) 8:00am at Adeline's Farm track; during your PE run day.

    CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program. At the center of CyberPatriot is the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition. The competition puts teams of high school and middle school students in the position of newly hired IT professionals tasked with managing the network of a small company. In the rounds of competition, teams are given a set of virtual images that represent operating systems and are tasked with finding cybersecurity vulnerabilities within the images and hardening the system while maintaining critical services in a six hour period.Teams compete for the top placement within their state and region, and the top teams in the nation earn all-expenses paid trips to Baltimore, MD for the National Finals Competition where they can earn national recognition and scholarship money.

    Science Olympiad
    Sponsor: Mrs. Kocaya 
    Science Olympiad competitions are like academic track meets consisting of a series of 23 events. Students select at least 2 events that interest them and become experts on the topic.  Science Olympiad is a nationally organized competition in biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences and engineering! This team will compete at the Inland Empire Regional Science Olympiad event on Saturday, March 2, 2019.
