Spring Dance March 23

PURCHASE YOUR TICKET ONLINE OR IN PERSON March 8 - 21.

Purchase on HAWKSHOP store or in room 404 (ASB room). 

Thank you for voting for the theme of the spring dance! The Luau theme won. 

Ticket Sales start Wednesday March 8th and go through Tuesday March 21. Unfortunately we cannot sell tickets after March 21 and we cannot sell tickets at the event. 

Starting March 8th, tickets can be purchased in person (room 404) or Online.

A permission slip (hold harmless) is required. These were passed out March 7th, during period 7. The paper version can be found here.  or can be filled out online here.

Due to the number of students that typically attend our events, we have two dance sessions available to choose from. Limited room is available for each session; please make sure to select the correct session for attending. 

PE clothing, BVMS spirit wear, ASB membership, dance tickets, & yearbooks orders can be placed in person and online at this time. 

PURCHASING IN PERSON: please visit our bookkeeper, in our ASB room #404, during bookkeeper days/hours. 

BOOKKEEPER HOURS:

• Tuesday & Friday 7:30-11:00am
• Wednesdays 1:30-3:30pm. 

If purchasing online at our hawkshop store. Please go to the ASB room #404 to pick up your order.

To make purchases on the Hawkshop store, register your email & add your student. Helpful tips: The webstore works best on a computer; unfortunately it doesn't always work well on a phone. When adding your student, if their number starts with a "007", drop the first 2 zeros. The Hawkshop store pulls from infinite campus, please make sure to enter your students name with the same name used to register them in infinite campus.
