My name is David Schlottman and I am very happy to have been selected as your new principal.

I want you to know right up front that I will be working with everyone in the community (Students, Parents, Staff, Community Members) to ensure that our schools continue to offer quality programs that enable students to earn their diplomas, and get the training and preparation for the next stage of life--whether that be more schooling or the world of work/career. Graduating from high school and getting ready for “what’s next” remain our top priorities for all students.

My background is that I have been a high school, middle school, elementary school and district office administrator over the past 20+ years. Before I became an administrator, I taught for a total of ten years at the middle and high school levels, and enjoyed it immensely!

I was raised in San Diego and have lived for the past six years in Escondido, CA. I have been a part of Temecula Valley Unified School District for six years. This school year will be my seventh with the district.

I love to work with students and with communities….I look forward to being an active member of this community and getting to know you all!

If you have questions, concerns, comments or advice, feel free to call us at the number below or come in and visit us.

Here’s to a great school year!

    David Schlottman
