COVID19 Notice - TVUSD Facilities Use Suspended Through June 19, 2020


    To our Facilities Use Partners,

    We regret to inform you that TVUSD is extending the cancellation of the use of facilities, for outside users, which began on Friday, March 13, 2020. This action is necessary in order to comply with the order issued, by the Riverside University Health Systems-Public Health (RUHS-PH) on Thursday, April 29, 2020. The extension, by TVUSD, will also remain in effect through June 19, 2020. At that time, we will provide additional information. Again, we sincerely apologize for this action, and we thank you for your patience, as we work through this episode. We look forward to having you back on our campuses as soon as possible. Facility Use

  • The TVUSD Governing Board authorizes the use of school facilities by community groups.  All school-related activities receive priority in the use of facilities and grounds, while all other use is on a first-come, first-served basis.

    The scheduling of facility use is managed by the district's Maintenance and Operations Division. For more information, please download the information packet as well as the Facility Use Application.  These documents can be found in the Facility Use Documents folder below.
