Public Records - Non-Student Records:
To request a non-student Public Record please complete a Records Request Form located below. The form is automated and requests are sent directly to the Public Information Officer.
To the best of our ability, records provided will be in electronic format. If printed copies are requested or the only format available, a $.10 cent per page charge will be applied and collected prior to the release of documents.
DO NOT USE THE FORM TO REQUEST IMMUNIZATION RECORDS OR OTHER STUDENT RECORDS. THOSE NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO THE SCHOOL YOUR CHILD PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED.

Public Record Defined:
The public may inspect or obtain a copy of identifiable public records. Writings held by state or local government are public records. A writing includes all forms of recorded information that currently exists or that may exist in the future.
